    I like your singing videos. Great voice. You sound like you've had professional vocal training. The polishing job was outstanding. Those panels were hammered to start.

    Very impressive! I found the Flex Wax spray needed the same damp microfiber treatment for easier removal. Applied to my wife’s Rogue a couple weeks ago so still waiting to see how it holds out next to their Hybrid Solutions ceramic sealant.

    This is my first time I have visited this channel and to say the least I'm very impressed. I like your efficiency and your overall approach to doing the work and making the videos. BTW, I've been to more detailing channels in the last few years that I would care to admit. But you're a keeper; so I hit the subscribe button and notifications as well. Very practical information and very well presented. Keep up the really great work. As David Ruggles said below...you are a triple threat...maybe much more. Thanks. Again, glad I found you.

    Another video that knocked it out of the park! Your narratives are so easy to follow and understand because your points are so well organized and clear. You have a gift for teaching and communicating. Thank you for mentioning that you used one pad per panel, (a method that I've adopted and am now seeing on other channels). I use the Rupes brush tool to clean after each section of passes. After each panel, I toss the pad into the bucket with McKees 37 polishing pad rejuvenation. . Rupes said not to let the pads soak long and I was wondering what do you do with the pads after you change them? I loved your "Test" hood, that was great. Two hours, job well done.

    • @attention2detailswchelsea
      @attention2detailswchelsea  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I usually let them soak for 5-10 minutes and then squeeze them out and either rinse with hose or pad washer, spin dry on my da and let sit in the sun for a few minutes on a grit guard. I have three pads normally drying out while I polish the next panel and they are drying out in phases and cycle them out one at a time in order of most dry.

    Not only you have a beautiful voice while speaking but more impressive is your voice while singing. You left me discombobulated. Thanks also for the shout out didn't expect that. This is one of my favorite songs too as well as my sons, besides one my 4 sons also enjoy a lot is one I always sang to them is Sweet Dreams from Eurythmics as those from Journey, Imagine Dragons, Billy Joel, Lionel Richie, and others. Obviously, never as beautiful as with your angel voice. People in your church must be delighted to hear you like your husband, kids and family members already do👌🏆🥇👍🙌👏👏👏👏. Couldn't watch this entire video yesterday since left work late and now is I was able to watch all since took a shower, dinner and went to sleep while watching your video but definitely closed my eyes before listening you singing. The strange thing is that when I woke up this song was in my head, no wonder why.

    How well do you think that stuff might work on a 19 year old black F250 that hasn't ever had any kind of paint care? The only bright side being it lived under a carport so there's not much sun damage? Obviously it won't be a "1 & Done", I don't mind multiple passes with milder pads each time to get there, just wondering if it will it get there.

    • @attention2detailswchelsea

      I believe so simply because of thr abrasives in the polish or you could use a white polishing pad which is slightly more abrasive than black but softer than a orange pad

    Thanks for another _awesome_ video (and soothing singing), Chelsea! 😎
    It’s always hard to pick up on camera, but did you detect any hint of haze/micromarring with the Rupes yellow pad?
    My car also has extremely soft clear (over pearlescent black), and I can’t seem to finish haze-free (even using a finishing pad with the TW 1 & Done). 😞
    Thanks for everything you do for us ... have a nice weekend!! 🍻

    • @attention2detailswchelsea
      @attention2detailswchelsea  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I didnt notice any haze left behind but you may need to use a more dedicated polish if the 1 and done isnt finishing down well enough.

I literally know nothing, and I can tell from the few videos I've watched that there are *so many variables* to consider. Plus, the whole idea of putting a machine like that on my car's paint is just intimidating anyway. Thanks!

    The only thing you didn't do that other detailers did was use a damp microfiber towel in the product finish then buff it dry.

    What is recommended first clay bar or iron remover

    • @attention2detailswchelsea
      @attention2detailswchelsea  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I do iron remover first to help break the chemical bond of the rail dust and makes claying easier. I use my chemical decon as my clay lube actually after first washing and rinsing the vehicle. Then spray iron remover and clay, then rinse and dry.

    • @jdisdetermined

      @@gtrmageddon do plenty of test spots, some Teslas respond totally different from eachother. The trouble is usually finishing and often the more you chase your tail, the unhappier the paint gets, so dial in your pad and liquid combo as soon as possible.
      Use new pads and soft high quality towels and don't go overboard with the panel prep/IP wipes, aggressive mixes and dwelling can cause some trouble. I prefer to use a primer polish like Essence and on the absolute worst cases I skip the final panel prep after Essence. Otherwise I sparingly spray into a brand new Eagle Edgeless and gently prep my perfected surface. If even that makes it angry, I'll use McKee's 914 at panel prep dilution.
      I've been testing Xtreme Solutions LVR 496 and so far it's been amazing. Easy to use without having to jump through hoops to make it work, and a very easy gentle removal.
