Thank you for sharing! I love Fred as Scrooge. This is a unique and endearing adaptation. My favorite is the 1938 black and white version of A Christmas carol, Reginald Owens played Scrooge!
The Flintstones are full small versions of these. In one of the other Christmas Wilma gets Fred a mobile phone, but it's not like what we have. It's fun to see how they adapt it to fit, but not really fit, in with the time period they are in. :)
I never cared for the Jetsons version of A Christmas Carol. This was when Mr. Spacely is visited by a dead friend, then three robot spirits and Astro is dying after swallowing a sprocket. Although it had some differences when compared with the original story, I never thought Spacely really changed. He brings a vet to save Astro and gives all the Jetsons presents and George a raise, but all of that was to prevent being sued and homeless. It seemed like he didn't really care about them or change.
