Personally as someone who has been watching your reviews for years, I like how you review. You've developed a way that works for you, with your experience in archery that way of reviewing has a lot of respect and value behind it, which is also part of why so many companies have worked with you. You do great reviews and have a big audience. And much like your previous reviews, this is yet another great review. The bow looks good, sounds like a good shooter, looks smooth, seems like a bargain for the price.
Dear Armin, Your reviews are more than perfect, usable by total novice and for a new archer ( started shooting around a year ago, trusted you with my two bows hayk and then the tatar from alibow and it seems i found my third bow just now). You score and feel the bows but you tell it right away, it is there on the table for us to make the final conclusions. This is perfect for me and thank you so much! And having two bows that you reviewed as i said i just found the third one that i will buy ! Keep up the great and honest reviews mate !
I love all your reviews, I think your system is perfectly fine, rate the Bows how you like, we can tail when you don’t like a bow, looks like an excellent bow, I really like the 35 inch drawl length
Simple and elegant and affordable! I saw that Mister Istvan makes some Hill-style bows and they look great! That or a Turkish bow. I don't have one of those yet! So many bows and so little time.
What a build quality... I really love how smooth the transition between the layers of the lamination are, looks like it's made of one piece of wood... 😶
Hallo Armin, danke für das Video. Inzwischen habe ich mir den Bogen bestellt und er wird in den nächsten Tagen geliefert. Woher bekommst Du passende Pfeile oder Schäfte in 34inch länge? Liebe Grüße Rudolf
Great review. And great bows from Istvan. I have the Hungarian what you have previously displayed in your video. Totally satisfied with it. If you could choose which would you choose Armin, the Hungarian or the Mongolian? For general hobby use. Thank you in advance.
Awesome bow it seems. It'd be nice to see you shoot your bows at a really far distance like 300 yards would be a great test for a bow. Love your Videos boss!
@ jacksonterrance8833 I think 300 yards is not achievable with horsebows or any syiah bows even at 40 degrees angle (better than 45 as we have air friction) unless something like 6 gpp or less (not target arrows and under bows warranty). 180 fps would give 215-235 yards depending on arrow drag (weight/drag ratio). With 200 fps you'll most likely get under 300 yards even with low drag arrows.
I am having trouble finding a thumb ring that allows me to shoot my Korean trad bow comfortably. I have rather small hands/fingers and the base of the ring digs into my thumb and its excruciating. I tried a leather thumb wrap but its so flimsy. I tried a leather wrapped brass thumb ring but it was just so bulky and I couldn't even bend my thumb around the string. Any suggestions?
Lovely bow! My alibow Keshig has that guitar-like vibration to it as well. It's not a problem shooting, as it is not hand shock. I added some fur strong silencers, and all the vibration is gone! Problem solved
Istvan Szimeiszter always designs nice and simple bows not very powerfull but seems to be more comfortable and precise surprised by the woods (walnut and mahogany) more used for acoustic guitars !!
I see no nocks inlays or other reinforcement. Is it so? Dear Armin, in your experience could this be an issue on long term for higher draw weights, like 45+?
haha, got confused about the name, because in my country it's called 'mahagoni' (right after the latin 'Swietenia mahagoni') but when I was googling the hell out of it, I saw that the majority accepts 'mahogany' - still no clue why x) There is a wiki article: "...Swietenia mahagoni, commonly known as American mahogany..." - explains lol
Now I am even more confused ... Hi Yi, Zhu ran or this one. By the way..saw lately in Grozer's menue a bio composit Korean bow mentioned, do you know more from your buddy ?
I got a few different types of hardwood to try making self bows and one piece was african mahogany but it was much too stiff and porous to work. This must be a different kind of mahogany or maybe piece I bought was bad.
Armin buddy I just can't see why anyone would think your review rating is anything but fair ....more than fair in many cases....but what I really appreciate is when someone sends you a bow that turns out to be a total piece of shit good for nothin except kindling....you don't hesitate to tell us it's a piece of shit best used for kindling.....but in your gentle kind way

BEAUTIFULLY BOW, EVERYTHING GOES AND FLOWS TOGETHER. OUTSTANDING REVIEW!
Istvan builds nice bows! And he's great to do business with. Great review as always!
I love how you did the 1st draw with 3 finger, and then immediately swapped to thumb draw to get the extra 2".... and I want one.
Always best review as usual. 👍

Very nice bow. The wood is beautiful and performance is awesome

out of 15+ bows ive gotten, the only maker i really really trust.
Looks like the big brother of my Szimeister Tatar 😊 I love that bow and still shoot it from time to time, even after getting my Grozer
Istvan builds very nice bows. Great price to value. Have his Hungarian and Turkish bows, can recommend both.

get a Korean male ring for your Korean bow
Hi Armin! This presentation was very good, this bow is great. I would like to ask how many pounds is this bow at 29 inches?
I guess 2 to 2,5# more than at 28"
@@ArminHirmer Thanks, but it says 33" 36# on the bow. So I don't know how much for 28"
@@akoskiss1614 hehe true, I should have rewatched the video 8-10# less

With good carbon shafts no problem
@@ArminHirmer oh, sorry. I meant on the bow.
What was the 60 degree draw length on this one?…
How accurate was it on above 20-25m?
I hope you ge the chance to review the Hun Biocomposite bow by Grozer

Me too :) and no, Csaba it seems he is yet still not my buddy :D
For the next mongolian bow : padawan temujin / boreal . French making and perfect design ans performances
great, the moment they send one, I will do a review :)
Ask that to Olivier, he may be agree, he is a great bow maker and a good guy.

thanks my man, I just read some comments in Facebook groups where I was mentioned and see how people think. The ones who watch more of me, know me ;)
This bow is good choise for beginners?
yes
Das 1111. Video 🎉👍
nice, da zählt jemand mit :D
great bow, wish i could draw 35 inches.
Do you think that bow is accurate enough for hunting? Never seen bow hunters using asian bows.
The bow string produces an F. The price-performance ratio is imo. unbeatable and from this point of view the best bow from Jan. till now
