You got some great Diamond painting ..the cross stitch looks hard ,you’re brave..I don’t mined the double sided glue..my sister liked dr who..glad you showed the last cat I had it in my cart ..so he’s gone cause you could tell it’s not going to be clear..the little snowman I’ve got him he’s adorable, thanks for sharing..have good day😊
Back when I used to do cross-stitch, I never saw a kit with serged edges. I use to put wide washi tape around the edge of the aida cloth to keep it from fraying. If you could try that maybe you would enjoy stitching that awesome cat one.
I came here to say what everyone else has. I’ve always used masking tape on mine. Sergers are newer technology and cross stitch has been around a lot longer so there are options if you want to keep it. I’m not sure where you are but I’m a fellow Oregonian up in the southern Willamette valley.
Hi, just a thought, if you really don't want to send that cross stitch back. I used to do alot of counted and I would take either painters tape or paper tape and put that around my edges. I would set that fabric halfway across the tape width and fold the rest over the edge. Just an idea.
You can actually see the tape. It's double sided tape. Usually it comes with a white cover sheet, but sometimes you get one with a clear sheet. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching,

Nice selection of goodies! Tfs! 😁❤️👍🏻
Thank you! 🤗
Sending hugs💞💞💞
Great haul. For the raw edged cross stitch you could seal the edges with fray check. It’s a liquid and has been around for years
Thanks for the tip
When i used to cross stitch, I used some stuff called “Fray check” on the edges of the canvas. I found it in the sewing section of the store.
Thanks so much for the info. I’ll check it out.

Hi neighbor - I'm in the Rogue Valley - Thanks so much for letting me know about tape. I didn't even think of that,.🌸❤🌺🌺
Yes, try Fray Check or some type of glue on the edges. You could even put washi tape on the edges. Do this and you can keep it.
Ok thanks!

Love the table cloth ❤
How do you tell if its double sided??
You can actually see the tape. A lot of the time the cover sheet will be solid white. And often times it has a strong odor. It’s also very sticky.
Other than the smell, how can you tell if it's double sided adhesive and why don't you like it?
