Kaylangan maunawaan natin na hindi naman sinasabi ng talata na “God knew SOMETHING ABOUT sa tao”,meaning hindi naman sinabi na,God knew that they will believe or repent.
Ang sabi ng talata ay “For those whom he foreknew(foreloved) but it states that God knew”,meaning,sa KANILA na mga nakilala na ng Dios(na isinet o itinalaga na ng Dios ang kanyang puso,ang kanyang pagmamahal)” .Mapapansin natin na ang talata ay nakapokus sa tao mismo,hindi sa ginagawa at gagawin,hindi sa positive response,hindi sa pananampalataya at pagsisisi ng tao nakabase sa pagpili ng Dios.
Ano ang sabi ni Jesus sa mga tumatawag sa Panginoon,sa mga sumasamba,at kumikilala sa Panginoon,nagpapalayas ng mga demonyo,nagpapagaling,gumagawa ng himala (Mateo 7:21-23)?Hindi ko kayo nakikilala,meaning,wala akong malalimang relasyon sa inyo,magsilayo kayo sa akin!!!

Application:Relevance:How amazing is the grace of God that He chose us not on the basis of our goodwork,not on the basis of our character,not on the basis of what we can do,not on the basis of our accomplishment/achievements,not on the basis of our free will or free choice or decision.But God has chosen us on the basis of His free grace,free choice,on the basis of the good pleasure of His will.The good news of the gospel is “God has chosen the undeserved,depraved,wretched,corrupt,sinfull,hell deserved,sinner,like us!”
