Tom , I'm so glad I was surfing and found you , my job is home care private and my client and his wife love baby back ribs and now I won't have to stand over a hot BBQ , thank you so much 😊
Tom, how did you know that Liz and I are making ribs tomorrow or the next day? We’ve been debating (alright, arguing 😂) on how to cook them. You successfully ended the debate and we’ve settled on your method. Thanks! ❤
Great timing! Good luck with your ribs. These were delicious and really easy to make - and clean up afterwards! We have enough leftovers for dinner after church tomorrow, too!
A friend showed me your video of how to make ribs. We tried it last night. I was very surprised how delicious they came out. WOW, you nailed it! Thank you very much for letting us in on your method. I can’t thank you enough!!
We are so glad you made them and enjoyed them as much as we do. They are remarkably tender! Thank you so much for watching and giving us the feedback on them!
I will definitely be making these oven baked ribs when my son ( who by the way is stationed in Ft Campbell Kentucky) & his family come in a few weeks. I can’t wait!
I have been so afraid to make ribs for years and years. Your video and Debbie’s recipe gave me the courage to try because it was so simple. I made these ribs for my dad’s birthday dinner and he was so very pleased! My husband loved them! My three year old and 10 month old loved them 😂 Thanks so much, I will be adding these to my recipe box! Blessings on you both!
I love your wonderful recipes. I am a Kentucky neighbor of yours in London so I knew your recipes would be great. Matter of fact I have your BBQ ribs in the oven right now. Keep them coming!!
I will definitely have to try this way of making ribs. My favorite bbq sauce is Sweet Baby Ray's. This way is so easy and I like that you don't have to watch them. Thank you. Happy Mother's day Melissa. God bless you both. Love watching y'all.
Thank you so much. We enjoy this because once you’ve set the timer you don’t have to do anything else until they’re done. And clean up is simple as well! That’s a great bonus.
Love your cooking show and I loved what you explained everything and it's great. I wish it makes more new recipes so I could follow them. Thank you so much. You wouldn't Melissa be well?
I have the Oven Baked Ribs in My oven again today. We can hardly wait the 3 1/2 hours. I was always afraid of ribs till you did these, now I’m not. I’m so hungry for them again!! Yummmmmy!!!
Your comment has delighted us! We are so glad you are having them for a second time. They really are delicious. Thank you so much for joining us at the table.
I’m going to Costco asap to buy us some backribs! We love Thomas BBQ sauce but it is sometimes hard to find. Around here in NC we can buy it at Harris Teeter. Sweet Baby Ray’s sauce is good too. Thanks so much for this cooking method!! It will be my go-to from now on!
They look amazing! Next time that is the way I will fix them. My favorite bbq sauce is Kraft HIckory Smoke. You made me so hungry. God Bless. Hugs, Rebekah
I knew you were gonna say country ribs, my favorite, so is Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. I like the country ribs in the slow cooker. Lots of meat, just enough bone to get that bone marrow flavor.
We’ll be making a trip Over to Costco to get some of these ribs and cook them your way soon. We LOVE ribs but have not enjoyed the cooking process. Your method is a huge improvement!! Thank you!
Well I know NOW what I did wrong with mine..but mine were still very good..finger licking good. Lol. But I put mine in without the BBQ first then after they got done I put the BBQ on them and back in the oven. Mine were extremely tender as well. Thanks for sharing this video with us.
I do what’s called the 3/2/1 method on my smoker.i keep the temp at 250 degrees.for 3 hours you just smoke the ribs not wrapped.for 2 hours you sauce up the ribs and wrap them up tight with foil.you don’t want any steam.for 1 hour you open up the foil and leave the ribs in the smoker.you can sauce them up for this last step.they will be falling off the bone.
Can’t wait to do these ribs. We love ribs and we always go and eat them at Cheddars but going to try your method (or Debbie Morton’s). Love your cooking channel.
I grew up with plain old delicious spare ribs. Got to tell you I have enjoyed baby back ribs before I was informed they were BABY BACK RIBS from a piglet. Never could eat another rib and probably never will. Amazing how the mind overrules the stomach.
Some things we just can't get out of our head. I get it. Tom once had a babysitter tell him a big false story about bologna and to this day, he doesn't like it even though he knows what she told him wasn't true!
@candacedolan4857// No, baby back ribs do not come from baby pigs. They are cut from the upper part of a pig's back, near the spine, after the loin has been removed. The name "baby back" refers to the ribs' shorter length compared to spareribs, which come from the pig's belly. Baby back ribs are also known as loin ribs or back.
They were great! And we have enough leftover to eat another meal and that’s a definite perk! Thank you for the Mother’s Day greeting! It was a very nice day!

Pretty sure it was parchment paper

Make them even better by sprinkling both sides of the rack with Montreal Steak Seasoning!
Paper doesn’t burn?
Did you use pork or beef ribs?
What are the white clothes in the bottom of the cookie sheet?
Ok... Gimmie them ribs, Y😎! 🤣
have you tried making barbecue sauce from scratch?
YUM!!!❤😊
Yummmm

Salad or coleslaw
Baked potato, sweet potato, or fries
Baked beans
Mac and cheese
Potato salad
Corn on the cob
Basically, we’d pair it with any traditional cookout BBQ foods.
