That demo you showed from when you were 17 is so cool... It’s very inspiring to see how your amazing composition skills go back to that age since I am 18. Aside from the sweep melody which I love so much, that section you wrote from the demo has to be my favorite part of Prophecy
You’ve done a killer job getting to that level with your vocals in such a short amount of time dude! 🙌🔥 Kinda makes me wish I’d kept at it haha 😅 awesome work!
Watching your videos inspire me and my band so much.. there are so much things we can relate to.. that said, Incredible job Andy!! hope to catch you on tour in Canada someday!! cheers mate! 🤘
3:20 finally there is a proof that Andy really is The Lisan Al-Ghaib of metal music composers :D ! cheers man, your "Inside the Project" videos are inspirational!
For somebody who is a guitarist, writes stuff and also uses cubase, its a sweet thing to see how you work and build your music. Thank you for sharing this for free ❤ you are always a great inspiration for me, Andy
I'm completely musically illiterate, but it is sweet to see all that goes into creating a track. Thanks for these looks, Andy, much respect pal. Looking forward to the new album! You're 2/2 so far with bangers!
Bonkers mate, tampering with each word and drum hit is nuts haha. I really do enjoy these videos though, I must say. It's not something I've really seen. Your colour coding makes things so much easier to organize and understand and I know I would do the same! You are quite the tease though Andy. Tsk tsk sir, those snippets of the other songs got my curiosity going again! Can't wait for the release though mate. There's probably about a 0.5% chance I don't vibe with the album, so for safety's sake - job well done for FINISHING the album old chap 😁👍
That you use Cubase has an even bigger impact to me, as I too, have it as my DAW- I just have no effing clue on using it- perhaps some personalized tips from ya on my own copy of the new CD? I know, asking a lot- just throw it in the Hole 😂
Describes how many variations of the chorus is written into the song.. Thanks for that, dont worry about the poor buggers who are trying to learn it! 😂
Totally fair my dude! The same argument could be made for me replacing all the orchestra members too of course, but I'll let you have this one - I love our bass friends ❤️

Thanks! It was wild to go back and listen to that. Crazy to think I've lived a whole 17 years plus since then... A whole other life

Super! Gracias por compartir el break down del proyecto!!!!
You're welcome!
love what you do, Andy :)
Thank you dude! 🙏
This was awesome!!! Can you please do "In torment" from Embers of a dying world if you still have it? It's probably my favorite riff of all time 😅
Thanks for the suggestion, definitely could dig that old project up to have a look at it!
Wtf how did you write those sections and the solo at 17 years old :o That's crazy !
Hah, I have no idea - a lot of teenage angst I think!

Hahaha, sorry!! I made the violin player learn every variation for the music video too. Poor lass!
As a bass player I don't approve the use of plugins for replacing us!!!!😂😂😂😂

@@andygillion massive work! Thanks for sharing!!!
