Real nice job! Can I ask where you got the outsoles for the AM1s from, a donor or have you find a place to buy them? Asking as I have a pair I’d love to do this to, but don’t have enough cash for donors

Hi mate, I bought a pair of AM1's from eBay with the right coloured outsole for 65 euro.

Great job! May I ask what type of glue you used for the outsole and why you first put the glue on without actually glueing it together? Thanks!!!

Hi and thanks, the glue used is Renia, as it’s a contact adhesive you put the glue on both surfaces till cured then reheat and the glue on both surfaces is what makes it all stick together

@@sneakersurgery4586 Thanks mate, I hope I can find a similar glue here in Switzerland. Haven't had great success glueing my midsoles back with the glue I found so far :/

Thanks so much for this- I have used Renia in the past but got told it was a contact adhesive and wouldn’t act with heat and never bothered to try it.
      That’s awesome 😊
