Crazy MUNI driver refuses to move bus

The woman in the security uniform is just standing towards the front of the bus reading her phone. The driver decided she's not going to drive the bus anymore until this woman goes to the back of the bus and takes a seat!! I applaud the passenger for standing her ground and telling the driver to go F herself because there is no rule or law saying she can't stand there... this driver is mean person and have personally witnessed her not stopping to pick up people waiting at bus stops! She only pulls over if someone has to get off the bus otherwise she will drive straight down Geary Street and not pick up a single person!!!
