Thank you for reviewing these 2 options for the Brompton electric. I really like the opening lid feature of the Valeria but it looks a little flimsy by comparison. In addition to using the city bag frame I'm guessing that there is also a rod/frame to keep the bags overall shape? Do you need to create a floor/base out of cardboard or similar to help keep heavier items from trying to pierce the base? Can either of these be reasonably used to shop while the bike is partially folded.
What I don’t like about the Valeria is that is, or seems, that the fabric is easy breakable. Maybe a double layer or something makes it more resistant.
Nevertheless, I will buy the Valeria. The variety of colours are lovely!
I know what you mean by it’s ‘thinness’. I’ve treated mine quite roughly at times and it’s held up really well so far. They also make another bag for the Brompton electric. I really like the feel of the fabric and the fact that the empty bag weighs much less than other bags….Let me know what you decide to get. Lindsay W
@@lindsayWYT good to know that they are though enough. The weight is a good point that can be decisive on a purchase of a bag and there the Valeria wins by far.

As an owner of a former top, 2019 Superlight I have no use for a bag with room for a battery on top, so I use an ordinary T-bag type in front! My batteries are two and easy to bring around.
Sounds like a good set up.
