That phrase got me always. It shows how much Tony cares about Peter... I Cannot express myself enough how happy and freaking sad i was all the Peter/Tony scenes in #Endgame. Geez, Tony was like a father to Peter and i wanted to vid their "story" and show their relationship.

I think everybody instantly felt so much pain and dread in that moment. I remember it perfectly in theaters. My heart dropped like a rock, all the way to my feet. It was deathly silent, and then when Peter kept talking, people started to cry. It was so sad.

I feel like the worst part is that Doctor Strange knew. Remember that scene in Infinity War when he sees like 4,000 different outcomes, and when they ask him how many The Avengers won, he says “One.” So he knew that Tony was going to die. They make a reference to that in Endgame when Doctor Strange is standing near the waterfall and he holds up one finger signaling that this was the one they were going to win. But he knew if he told the others it wouldn’t come true. Because no matter what, if they were going to win against Thanos, Tony always had to die.
