Hi! New subscriber here, I would like to confirm if Deus Ex Machina really gives reduced
70% fixed cast time? And how would that applies? For example, comet has 2 sec fct, does that reduced 1.4 sec already?

Deus ! Did help for cast your skill faster but not helping with reduce fix 1 sec ! If you wanna reduce 1sec of fix cast example you need to wearing temporal dex 0.5 and costume garment with FCT stone that reduce another 0.5 sec !

So ! Deus didnt help with Fix 1sec or 0.5 sec it only help for casting faster so you need the item that reduce fix by 0.5sec or 1 sec
