by the age of 30 he's gonna be in so much pain his entire spine is being shaken all the time and with the parents he seems to have, they are not going to be able to pay a chiropractor to treat his back, which is needed now to prevent injuries at adult age if you do rodeo as a sport, and you do it often then a chiropractor is needed to train the back's muscles and to pull the spine apart every few months to keep it from deforming once the back is deformed it is hard to heal it, only expensive surgery can fix it and then his rodeo career is over
@@tyler_iverson4677 because i had to get the spinal surgery that he will need pretty early in life i know what it is, and i know how painful it is look up Discectomy its a neurological robotic surgery and it costs a fortune the spine takes many shocks in your lifetime, and therefor it has small plates of sponge but after too many shocks the plates disappear and the the nerves can get stuck, but the spine will deform in 95% of the cases, specially with younger patients rodeo is a fun sport, but not for your spine
@TheDvdkbt31s oh but I don’t mind your… disinformed opinion We will see in a few years if his parents put enough medical care in their son But again, this type of people choose rodeo sport because it’s.cheap, not because it’s safe
@TheDvdkbt31s a 10 year old's spine can't exactly "man up". the risk of physical injury, potentially fatal injury, in rodeos is massive and not worth the risk, least of all for a literal child. it's abusive to the animals as well so this whole thing is just a load of nonsense.
@@theteastoners5935 You know what man, if he's happy doing what he's doing then that's what matters the most at the end of the day. Yes, injuries will happen, but physical pain is temporary. What makes it all worth it is him being happy and having no regrets
I found this so interesting to see how people ride western/rodeo, I myself ride English so I like to see how other styles of equestrianism is ridden in. I think that every equestrian out there is tough because you are , no matter what discipline you ride, are dealing with a big animal. I do showjumping, of course there is the risk of falling and getting stood on and breaking ribs on the jump poles. I also do cross country, we're there is the risk of hitting your self on solid jumps. As well as dressage, you have the risk of falling off, it might feel like a tiny fall but could get injured very badly!!!🐴
I ride English too for the most part, but I always find western to be my comfort place because it can be easier to maintain my balance with my center of mass shifted lower down into my upper leg versus in my hips. (Your leg position is more of a squat when riding English whereas in western it’s like standing a bit. I find it a bit wobbly to balance with my legs straighter but I can totally have a deeper seat this way whereas my seat while riding English is very hard to find.) I actually ride wenglish (western in English tack because I don’t have western tack) after a lesson and it’s nice when I score a western horse because they go right into a relaxed western state when they feel my legs are longer and my mouth contact is minimal.
As for roping animals That's the way the process began back in the day going from pasture to plate. Fortunately for these animals they aren't being harvested for meat. They're very well fed and taken care of. These animals only care about ONE thing and that's FOOD. They have NO conscious thought. Everyone that has issues with farm animals puts human traits on them and they just don't know any better. They've never been on a farm or a homestead and harvested an animal.

amazing story! I cant imagine how far he's gotten! He is a decade and a half old! Whew! I wonder if he has gotten one of those Gold Buckles yet. If not so, i will still support him. Ride on, Pecos, Ride on!

this little boy should be proud of himself nobody else got that high did they and he I pretty good at this keep it up good job
Bring that boy down to Pecos, Texas home of the worlds first rodeo (Supposedly lol) and our famous pecos cantaloupes (Sweetest there is)
The rodeo came out of northern mexico and ofc texas counted buts its not a texan thing
VAQUERO de MONTERREY NUEVO LEON negative brother. I actually googled it and it says nothing of it originating in northern Mexico. My town is in west Texas which is a 3 hour drive to Mexico. So we’re not far from the border. The towns that keep popping up is mine and a few others like Santa Fe NM. No one really knows where’s lmk the first rodeo was

me (as a people who live on the other side of his settlement, 12 hours time difference) : "so you think people on the other side of earth are living upside down?"
Abyss Walker you literally answered ur own questions
I came here for the pissed off vegans.
TaffiCatt wtf are you dumb every person that thinks right thinks that rodeos are abusive
@@hannahstorp9608 grammar please. You eight year old
TaffiCatt sorry I’m just learning English
@@hannahstorp9608 I was joking btw (with the vegans and stuff)
Me too,😅
by the age of 30 he's gonna be in so much pain
his entire spine is being shaken all the time
and with the parents he seems to have, they are not going to be able to pay a chiropractor to treat his back, which is needed now to prevent injuries at adult age
if you do rodeo as a sport, and you do it often then a chiropractor is needed to train the back's muscles and to pull the spine apart every few months to keep it from deforming
once the back is deformed it is hard to heal it, only expensive surgery can fix it
and then his rodeo career is over
Why are you being so negative
@@tyler_iverson4677 because i had to get the spinal surgery that he will need pretty early in life
i know what it is, and i know how painful it is
look up Discectomy
its a neurological robotic surgery and it costs a fortune
the spine takes many shocks in your lifetime, and therefor it has small plates of sponge
but after too many shocks the plates disappear
and the the nerves can get stuck, but the spine will deform in 95% of the cases, specially with younger patients
rodeo is a fun sport, but not for your spine
@TheDvdkbt31s oh but I don’t mind your… disinformed opinion
We will see in a few years if his parents put enough medical care in their son
But again, this type of people choose rodeo sport because it’s.cheap, not because it’s safe
He’s too cute. God bless yall
Please tell me I'm not the only jumper here
I think you are
Probably 🤣🤣🤣
Yes i like your fist roping horse, good like in all your rodeo's
Awesome video 👍🏻
Kylee Anthony bro he's not hurting them
What a brave boy to be interviewed! I’d be shy!!!
I have now watched this over 15 times
As for roping animals That's the way the process began back in the day going from pasture to plate. Fortunately for these animals they aren't being harvested for meat. They're very well fed and taken care of. These animals only care about ONE thing and that's FOOD. They have NO conscious thought. Everyone that has issues with farm animals puts human traits on them and they just don't know any better. They've never been on a farm or a homestead and harvested an animal.
Very true
