I would definitely recommend The Wolf Among Us as another Tell-Tale game for those that enjoy the Tell-Tale format or art style. Another great video by Pixel Dragon!
hard to believe Judgment is AA game? the casting seems expensive with some very famous japanese celebs, also had an english dub counterpart, but i don't know about the entire budget. and the game felt like a TRIPLE A game from RGG's modern Dragon engine, i think the game was so ahead of its time with a masterpiece story and casting, i mean if Judgment is considered an "AA game" by international standards, then ALL AAA games should be like as good as RDR 2, The last of us and Ghost of Tsushima, all the time.
Visual novels better than AAA games maybe very specific ones at specific points if their illusion of choice wasn't just an illusion but actually rerouted the remaining story but most are VERY on the rails. Until dawn was an exception to the rule imo it had more meaning in the duration of it and the little things could affect it. Overall they are at best walking Sims with a gimmick a la life us strange but usually minimal actual gameplay passed 1 button and walking..
Sure, you are not wrong. The games uncover a story at a specific pace, which could be very nice at different stages of life. Playing contemplative games has their charm, no need to touch them if they feel too slow or uninteresting👍

Are some of these games free? Atleast like one or two?

On PC several of them cost as low as 1$ on key shops.
