simple, straightforward video of how to do this, with an up hill test on what the difference is.
cut off metal tube blocking the fuel screw.
back out fuel screw ( seems like 2 full turns is max, you really start to smell un burnt fuel after that)

Okay, first of all Jerry...Thank you for sharing this information with us voluntarily. Despite people blaring in the comments section about unwarranted opinions, I for one appreciate the fact you took the time to make and upload... as well as respond to us.
I have a 2020 CK2610HST and I also understand that its the bigger frame with the 'de-tuned' engine. I did not know this at first since I had assumed it was an entirely different engine, but it makes more sense to simply detune. I'm really stoked to try this. I just did an early 200 hour maintenance on mine, at around 140ish(?) hours. Found quite a bit of metal powder residue on that transmission's magnetic 30mm drain plug. The oil was darker than expected as well, but it's all good now. New filters, engine oil, hydr oil, etc. :)
Nevertheless, do you have anything else you could possibly share that you wish you had known prior or have learned after the fact? I would greatly appreciate it and I will share my experiences as well. It would be great to have extra power without worrying 'too' much about affecting the life of the components (with normal use of course). If you're okay with it can I message you either on here or social media somehow?

Thank you Jerry. good thorough video with valuable info complete with the before & after performance.
The outcome for anyone attempting to replicate this adjustment will depend a lot on their personal skill level to avoid making a mess of things.
Important to not lose track of the original setting via good notes and an accurate way to measure the screw position.
I couldn't find any writing indicating mechanical differences between the 24.5 hp and 34.2 hp versions of the Daedong 3A165 engines.
Compare to Daedong 3A165-LWS Korea tier 3 rated 34.2 hp at 2,600 rpm.
    Kioti CK2610 uses 3A165 LWM-U.
    Bobcat CT2025 uses 3A165 LWM-H.
I believe these have a larger coolant capacity despite the reduced horsepower.
Certainly a nuisance to have to shift to low range when the rpm nosedives hauling my boat up to the house. Same task, hill & boat that my 1 liter 3 cylinder Kubota B7500 used to manage without bogging down.

Thanks for video. I have a Branson 2515. Kukje motor, same situation. I plan to turn up also. Only a few 25hp models with no electronics. Guys.... The whole point is "large frame, no emissions, bring back to pre-detuned limit". One has to ensure no electronics and that the motor has been de-tuned by OEM. Turning up a motor that hasn't been de-tuned could be very bad.

    • @atlucas1
      @atlucas1 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

Adjusting the fuel is similar on a Kubota L2601/2602 (cut a cap, turn a nut/screw), but if you don't want that "incomplete combustion" he talks about at the end of the video, you need to advance the timing a little by removing spacers between the camshaft and the fuel pump.
Now on the L3302 (or 3902), it's all software and electronic-module controlled. In fact I'm pretty sure the mechanical specs for an L3302 are the exact same as the L3902; the extra $3k or whatever is just for a software flash to add fuel and advance timing.

@elevatedsciencesllc8089 this engine is the same engine as the others in its model range up to 39hp i think? Epa states any tractor over 25 hp needs expensive emissions technology.
