Tried Juvelen a year and a half ago and was surprised there weren’t more people talking about. I knew little about it going in and it absolutely blew my socks off. Great ride.
I love this Juvelen, and I am hoping this experience is going to be similar to that of Drayton Manor's new Lift and Launch Coaster. I think this ride model could fit into any park without it being too thrilling nor too tame
One thing i like is how Intamin is able to figure out the best parts of their straddle coasters back then (Jet Rescue).. improve IMMENSELY (These two), sometimes f it up (wave breaker), then improve again with the second design.. (then darkoaster happened). It's such a fun way to see how differently they iterate on stuff.
@@MGMutt Lots of groups are made up of both thrill seekers and younger people and also just people who just don't want to ride really intense rides so I think every park needs at least one family thrill coaster but we'll see what they do
@@eliasdavey the point of the 3 merlin resorts right next to eachother is that people pick their thrill level. Legoland at the bottomless, Thorpe at the top. If they want family thrill, they go Chessington
Juvelen was my 400th credit and I loved it!
If Oakwood had the money this would be perfect for the park!
Completely agree! The park has desperately needed a new coaster for years, tbh and this would be perfect!

I would love to see a dragon's fury review next!

Couldn't believe how good this was. Second half of the ride was like 'family I305'! Insane!
I m French and Yukon quad is in my home Park 🔥
I wonder if this is what we will see at Six Flags Magic Mountain, with the new "Cycle" theme...
Universal should pick these up and make them mini velocicoasters.
I would like Paultons Park to get one of these
Happy to have Djurs as my homepark
This would have been good at Alton Towers instead of RITA in 2005.
This would be fantastic for Lost Island in Iowa.
What’s up with Old Virginia section of Kings Dominion
You should do a video about the most intriguing Chinese coasters! I always found them very interesting and I think people would like it too
That coaster looks awesome! I think it would be the perfect fit for Beto Carrero World
I loved everything about this coaster.
I loved this coaster, it's realy underated. I follow your opinion, great review of the coaster.
did you know that juvelen is ruby in english

A lot of it is based on what the parks ask for too. Like I know SeaWorld San Antonio specifically wanted Wave Breaker to be tamer than Juvelen.
@@CoasterStudios Fair, target audience and expected coaster layout can be vastly different to what the manufactures can truly do with it.
Ride looks awesome need one here
That looks so fun
lagoon needs this
Hope this is what six flags magic mountain new ride might be
Ha, I just always presumed that "Juvelen" was Norwegian for "Javelin" which honestly makes more sense to me than "the Jewel."
Holiday world make this, but as Santa's sleigh with reindeer
Looks way better than Wave Breaker at SeaWorld San Antonio
I think this would be great for thorpe park
Wayy too tame. Much more a Chessington ride. One in the Africa area would be great imo
@MGMutt yea but they need a family thrill sort of ride
@@eliasdavey no, they don't. Thorpe park is about high intensity thrills, that's why they removed the kids area, and some kids rides this year.

This would kill at knobels !
Hagrids is the best of the Intamin straddle coasters
It technically is not a straddle coaster because you sit in a normal seat- you don’t straddle anything
@@CoasterStudios Thanks RCDB has it listed as straddle seating for the motorcycle side.
Alton towers take notes
Knott's needs something like this to replace Jaguar as it is just outdated.
