    Subconcious mind is a powerful mind. It's also called feeling mind. If you thinking positive thoughts so you will be positive but if yoy thinking negative so he will also make you negative. It's depends on your thinking. Whenever you tired to overthinking you just imagine positive thoughts. He helped you so much as a friend. First of all we have to be confident and improve our conciousness. If your concious is already imroved so you have to just feel world. It's a feeling mind. We are feeling through subconcious.❤🙏

    Thank you very much sir. I tried this method few minutes ago this definitely works no doubt. Jo bhi doubt tha iss method ko lekar sab khatam ho gaya.
    This method really works, follow all the steps .what happens? When u complete those 4 cycles u feel more control in ur self. It doesn't means that u r old negative patterns will finish today but it helps to go in the direction of ur goal.
    I tried , I feel more control in my self after practicing. Before I used to touch phone casually, now it got reduced to some extend. But yeah again if u think distracting thoughts then u will come in old self.
    So what u have to do continue thinking ur desirable thought and think it calm and patiently about the thought.

      @@HumJeetenge , one important question, if we can do doubtless serene meditation for more than 68 seconds (let's say for 5 or 15 minutes), will there be any issues? It'd have the same effect or less? I just don't want to disturb the Flow of my meditation. Will it work or I have to do it till 17*4 seconds only? I hope, my question is clear!!

    I am recovering from ocd and gradually I have started to feel relaxed and light psychologically. My teenage years upto 25 went in fighting and figuring out what issue exactly I had. Still I haven't given up and am hopeful to get what I want in life.

      @@ranganathanmudaliar2545 I left it on time. I took the help of medication and meditation but it took its own time. It's all just a "glitch in thought process" which ultimately we need to figure out how to deal with. No medicine or medical procedure can cure it. Only self awareness, maturity in thoughts can cure it. Also I am on a tough path in life which is different than what others of my age group take(engg, corporate job). I am studying social sciences which again helps me in managing my mind.

      @@ranganathanmudaliar2545 meditation is forever. And medicines are for things like anxiety, irregular heartbeat, breathing issues. My advice is ask him to engage in his work as much as possible. Something which he likes the most. That will stimulate his neurons and make him feel better. It's all about mind. Only internal motivation and discipline can help in such issues.

      @@ranganathanmudaliar2545 this issue has also benefitted me. It distanced me away from unproductive activities like binge watching web series and movies, gaming and social media platforms. I am now completely on books, physical activities, spiritual activities, gardening, traveling and such others. TH-cam only for study purpose. No WhatsApp, Insta,etc virtual worlds. It feels so good to always stay in the moment and live to it's fullest. A blessing in disguise although it cost me my precious time.
