2:25 He doesn't need to weld because Nakai cuts and butterflies the fender in short he kinda knotts the fender to seal , he doesn't just cut around it and leaves it bare.
What he's building is an art work. A piece that is born out of a precision instrument. Unfortunately just like any art form it will have its critics, but I believe that its beauty is truly only appreciated by the artist and its owner. I love RWB, even though I will never have the opportunity to ever own one, I am happy to just be a fan.
