I'm not surprised that they don't remember honestly. They've made so many songs and demos that we've never heard. Once they finish an album they move so quickly onto something else, whether it's a concert or whatever

Rob is such a nice guy, watching him do this with Chester in such a casual way is really fun to watch. Mike and Dave have such good chemistry, they didnt put Dave with brad because no questions would be answered for the joking around
For some reason I thought Mike and Phoenix would have this game in the bag- but was pleasantly surprised by Chester and Rob's win!
How the hell did mike not know the last word in Easier to Run when he's the one singing it? Lol
I mean, I'm pretty sure they haven't played it since 2003, and with the huge catalogue of music they've made since then (including hundreds of demos we haven't heard), and fairly non-stop touring, it's not surprising they can't remember some of their older, more obscure songs. Also if Setlist.fm is to be believed, they only played that song 22 times.

@GTS That's interesting, I never knew that. Though I suppose it makes sense. I didn't know Chester wrote so much of the song, I was always under the impression that Mike did most of the writing, even though Chester did contribute. It makes sense that Chester would remember the last line, if he wrote the song though.
@@PGW85Productions most of the time it would be mike yeah, but Chester also wrote the lyrics to war completely himself if i'm not mistaken
@@copopopocoporododoro I believe that's true. If my memory serves me correct, Mike asked Chester if he had any punk sounding song ideas/demos set aside, during the recording of The Hunting Party. He brought in the demo lyrics for War, and an outline of what he thought the song would be. The lyrics stayed mostly the same, and the rest of the song almost came together quickly as a jam between the other members. The main difference lyrically was that Chester originally wrote "1, 2, 1, 2 fuck you," instead of "1, 2, 1, 2 thank you," the rest is mostly unchanged, or came together during the jam session. The fact that the whole song came together so quickly may explain why it sounds like there's an audible filter on Chester's voice throughout the whole thing, and why his voice seems to sound...compressed. I'm no audio expert, but he does sound compressed in that song, to my ears anyway.

I was there in 2003 in Bercy this is not there 1st concert. There 1st ever one was at L Élysée Montmartre. Still have the tickets and pictures .. best shows ever.

Mike got the first track of Meteora wrong lmao. It's not 'Wake', that's MTM, I forget what is the start of Meteora is but I remember 'Wake' distinctly because it's a pretty incredible start to an epic album.

Wow, I forgot all about Adema! I used to like them around the same time LP started up. Kind of weird how they had similar styles and started at the same time, but LP ended up much more successful. I bet LP could have helped them out with some tips if they'd asked :P .
