I said to a pastor in my youth days, "its like im not allowed certain things. Like im the weak brother, who is not allowed to watch that, go to the party, view that website, do that job, study that thing, take that path, while i see other doing such things." And here i am now 12 years later, battered, beaten, wounded, confused, manic (because i did those things anyway), and God has mercy and grace to say: son, this way, its not to late. This is wild because of today i was fully deciding i was going to dive deeper in sin and the world...
i am amazed. But not as much as before because i am so shadow walking, but that amazement is rising to genuine because of this video. This video speaking to some sort of sense and faith in me; like God speaking again, an answering to my prayer a couple of days ago. "God please remind me what you told me, called me to, cause me to remember your words to me." Now here i am typing this. Something is moving in me that it is resonating. Oh dear Lord, your mercy and grace, your ever pursuit of your sheep, your ever call to glory.
Yes, all that matters, all of the matters, is to be presentable and acceptable to Him. WOW!
When he mentioned Jim Elliot, it struck a strong chord. If there is any man who had a huge impact on my young self it was Jim Elliot. I read a quote, don't remember it now, but when I read it back then I realized this man actually believes. It was a profound moment as I recall the aura of the memory.

I usually don’t listen to him because God tells me not too..but I listened to this for one minute and he is a Liar. That is not what Jesus taught.

I agree on commandments..But they be GODS Commandments..Not Mens commandments..is what most Christians teach. Paul Washer included.
