You teach wonderfully, thanks so very much. I really appreciate. I have bought a new note book which am using to jot down every single word of your lessons. MERCI 🙏
Another great lesson and I think your guidance with helping us shape our mouths really work. Oh and you really helped with me pronouncing Une ambulance as we in England really pronounce the "am" differently 👍🏻
Bonjour Dylane et comment allez vous! Merci beaucoup pour votre Lesson 13 - How to pronounce AN AM EN EM in French | French pronunciation course. You discuss pronunciation of the nasal vowel /ã/ in 5 ways : AN - AM - EN - EM and AON in a very easy way. It will be very helpful to us for learning French using IPA.
I think you simply don't have these sounds in your language so you can't hear the difference. The only thing you can do is spend a lot of time listening to the sounds 😕
You’re right, many Parisian people say the word « cent » as « son ». Fortunately in Northern French, the distinction is clearer, “en” is more open than “on”, “en” is close to “ah”, but “on” is close to “oh”.
Señorita Dylane: Como siempre . . . excelente leccion del libro de pronunciacion con los sonidos nasales. I practice the sounds in front of a mirror and I look kind of funny with my rounded lips like I am "kissing" myself. I am also, anxiously waiting for your grammar book. By the way, a synonym for Beefy (your dog) can be Chubby or Fatty (terms of endearment). Le Mexicain étranger (Mundo "Camus")
Mundo I was so self conscious when I was filming this course! All the funny faces 😅 Don't be anxious for the grammar course, it's made to go step by step. Starting from simple sentences and adding things slowly ;)
It bothers me that French people accidentally pronounce "en" as "ɑ̃" instead of ɛn when they say "en". So with words like "envole", "en effect" etc., you always pronounce the "en" as "ɛn" instead of "ɑ̃"" and that is killing me😭😭😭
@@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane In words like "envoler" people prononce the "en" as ɑ̃" instead of ɛn. They say "ɛn.vɔ.le" instead of "ɑ̃.vɔ.le" And this makes me sad
But the IPA of envoler is /ɑ̃.vɔ.le/- You can do a quick search on google - Where did if you find the IPA that you described? Because that's definitely not right.
I have never heard anyone pronounce what you describe. I don't know I might just not understand what you are talking about, I am quite confused. (edit for spelling 😅)
@@TheperfectfrenchwithDylaneyou are correct I do not know what this person mean yes it is true that different countries has different accents but I don't understand what this person mean by this one
This is the 4th time you left this comment. I already answered you why I don't translate everything in IPA. Please don't comment that under all my pronunciation videos.
Let me know if you have a question 🙂

Dylane, use the International Phonetic Alphabet more. The audience can then understand the French phonemes you are referring to.
