Wow beautiful filleting of the Conger Eel (Hamo). Conger Eel has so many bones you have to put many many small cuts into the fillet when preparing it but it is a wonderful tasting fish is prepared properly. I remember eating it when I was in Kyoto. Thanks for the video.

鯖寿司が「バッテラ」と呼ばれるのはポルトガルの小舟「バッテーラ」の形が似てる事からそう呼ばれた。バッテラは最初「コノシロ」だった。
天麩羅もポルトガル語の「tempero(テンペーロ)」が語源。カステラもポルトガル語でイベリア半島岸中央から北部に掛けて存在した「カスティーリャ王国」から名付けられた。
