Ha ha it could so easily ended up a lot worse, it felt a lot worse in real life!! Camera didn't make it look that bad, it sure is a nice plane, if they'd give it nav lights and a slightly bigger ESC to run 4s it would be banging!! Thanks for watching and commenting Adam 😀👍
Hi Ian … this is very much my type of plane !! Love the high wing tail dragger configuration… You did a great job flying and filming and producing this lovely film …. That was a brilliant save after the heart in the mouth loop… always feels good when it turns out well!!! I will have to look at one of these planes … Thanks .. Michael
Good safe Ian. What happened there, looked strange? Always a good thing to bring the stuff you flying with in one piece👍. This runcam has a nice picture and the sound is also good.
I was trying to do a loop but forgot to come off the power so had to turn it before it smashed into the ground Lol yes the Runcam works well for the money, thanks for watching and commenting Adnan 😀👍
Nice flight, I have one new in the box, never assembled, I saw that the Durafly Tundra V2 is the same price but way better, with Quick wing connectors, better landing gear and ESC with reverse.
Hi Rudy, although I have a Tundra, I stopped buying planes from Hobbyking due to the parts shortage!! It is better now they are back in the UK The Kingfisher could have done with lights for the price, but you should give yours a go 😀👍
@@IansRCExploits Maybe one day I will, but have to many planes and just a small car haha, Yes the Tundra also has lights. I bought a lot of planes from HobbyKing but stopt because of parts. I am not a fan of Durafly, but love the quality of FMS, have several planes of them FMS FOX 3000 FMS ASW17 excetra I like planes with Quickwing connectors
Ian have recommended the Kingfisher to newer flyers, very well designed and a good value. Fantastic flying and video but I do miss Cheryl. Jeff in LA USA
Informative video as always Ian. I guess this would make a good trainer and a model the student can progress with? This is model I haven't seen before but one to propose to new members down at the club? 👍👍
Hi Ian, I absolutely love my Kimgfisher. Tell you what Ian, I will post a video or two flying her in July / August 2024....Let's see if we can't get some coverage for her...
Nice flying Ian! It's not the close call that counts...its the save! I agree...the Kingfisher is very underrated. Great plane.

The Kingfisher is a great flier Michael and very good value for money!! I highly recommend this plane 😀👍
The kingfisher was the first plane i flew with flaps, that was a great save out of the loop and nice landings...jeff.
Thanks Jeff 😀👍
A neat couple of flights, Ian... and the Kingfisher went home with you, safe and sound. You did a good job with the hatch filming, too.
Thanks Gina 😀👍
@@IansRCExploits hatch = headcam ...oh I adore predictive text...
