I noticed you do a lot of practices connected to the heart, which I love. I have a question about the numbers and I do them in several Yoga Nidra practices without knowing the meaning behind it. Can you please explain why it is a part of the practice?

Thank you so much 💗 I did the whole session and remain still though it was so uncomfortable cause my mind was pretty active and I couldn't release tension, mainly I felt it in my right leg (this is a pattern when I'm stressed out... like if my right leg is squeezing and burning).

Your words, the music, the jungle sounds (my fav) are so nice on my wired up nervous system. Can you do yoga Nidra for specific organs of the body? I always get told my liver is working, incredibly hard and thought It would be nice to do a session on it ❤
Check out Anthony William he has written quite a few books on healing he has one called liver rescue, a lot of problems are caused with a sluggish liver, he's books are amazing. He highly recomends celery juice every morning so check out what he says about that as well, hope this helps with your recovery.
