    Ingredients:
    1 kilo pork lungs
    4 cloves garlic
    2 medium onions
    1 thumbsize ginger
    1 small labanos
    1 small red bell pepper
    4 pieces bay leaves
    2 pieces red chilis
    7 tbsp vinegar
    3 tbsp fish sauce
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    1/2 cup water
    4 tbsp cooking oil
    annatto water*
    *(2 tbsp annatto seeds with 1/4 cup warm water)
    for boiling: 3 pieces tanglad
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp peppercorns
    1 tbsp salt
    4 cups water

      mabilis na proseso para sa karinderya ang tema ng recipe pero sing sarap at wala nman halos pinagkaiba sa lasa.. salamat 😀
