The Khukri is distinctive and iconic in it's design. It seems to be a very fitting weapon for Ghurkas known far and wide to be some of the most fearsome soldiers in the world. It's great to watch such skilled smiths making this beautiful knife.
Totally amazing.
So far I have viewed many khukhuri making by indigenous craftsmen of Nepal on TH-cam. This is the first time I saw somebody making the khukhuri from scratch absolutely without taking help of any mechanized devices, the way early craftsmen would produce their marvels. Hats off to the artisan to keep the legacy still alive. This is called 100% handmade.

I liked your blades but have feed back on cover... blades do not get locked when pushed forward toward cover... it slides out of cover...
Have you read or seen any notes on why your dap may have expanded
Maybe worth a look see and hopefully you can remedy the issue easily enough yourself
