Hofi Kiana seems more Emanator level They put Nov 28 as the collab date cuz global 7.9 is in Nov As for Sparkle, she messed with the Final Lesson script which is why they rewinded to 2018/6 which is when they wrote it. So...maybe the event story is an AU of if Final Lesson is changed/didn't happen?

Some emanators aren't strong at all, so I don't even know how to compare characters. If you compare it to planet-destroying emanators, Fu Hua is weaker than those types of emanators, if you compare it to Kiana, Kiana can easily destroy planets and is likely much stronger than many emanators, maybe she really is on the level of the Aeons, maybe even stronger
Why do you expect a Character in HSR? Its a 1 way Collab and was announced that way. There is no Event in HSR same with Genshin when Fishl and Keqing got Characters in HI3 but no Collab Stuff in Genshin.
Sparkle goes back to 2016 to replace shaoji, so Sparkle is a cause of most of our pain while Bronya is the CEO of Hoyoverse
