Coach Naby will definitely improve Kaizer Chiefs, his resume speaks volumes. At least KC fans should be greatful that the team has hired someone who's tried and tested instead of Molefi Ntseki, Arthur Zwane or Dillon Sheppard (I have nothing against those guys). The least we can do is to hope for the best, so that PSL becomes competitive again. Yet, i don't think the transformation will take one year, remember Stuart Baxter failed in the current KC's set up. The team has to do more than just change it's technical department. The structures of the team that include scouting and player development also have to be top notch.
You complained last season because a coach came without technical team. From Orlando we have showed you that integration is important but as long as Arthur Zwane is anywhere near there we will see the same team.
