Is there a way to make it so when you call for backup these cars respond and not the basic “police” “police2” “police3” and so on? If so how?

Can you also put addon cars into the standard lspdfr slots? (sheriff1, sheriff2, etc.)?
You can but just make sure to add all the metas files to make the vehicle work properly

Hey quick question, instead of pressing f3 and allat to spawn the vehicle, is there a way to make it a main vehicle where you can spawn it from the garage and npcs will be cruising w it?
You could change the name of the file to police or police2 but that can cause issues where the vehicle might flip over when driving. You can fix that with a handling line.
Did these steps and now it says im out of memory when i boot the game..

I don't know how I can fix this problem with DLC cars in my lspdfr.
When I add the stuff to the dlc list it’s kicks me out mid loading and says bad anti virus and I turned all my anti virus apps off still didn’t work so I took out the code in dlc list and it worked. Any help?
I'm lost at DLC list because we don't have the same favorites I don't know where DLC list is
OpenIV, game directory> mods> update> update.rpf> common> data. dlclist.xml
and edit that with the openiv text editor in edit mode. Hope that helps.

Hello brother could you help me. I have been playing this game for a few years now but every so often i get issues when i do a fresh installs of the game and openiv because i like to start from scratch. I added the dlc pack like i always do and I did exaclty what you did but there are no cars on the ADDED VEHICLES MENU. I had done this repeatedly and something is just not working and I think its also doing that on the VEHICLE.RPF as well...PLEASE HELP any suggestions. Also for some reason i see the dlc car in my C:drive and it shouldnt be going there. That may be the problem. I use steam version

Also for some reason when i upload vehicles to OPENiV its adding the cars in a folder on my C: Drive and i have no clue why. My game is on another drive which is where the game is in etc. So if i add cars to openiv eventually i run out of space and have to delete the folder and i have never had to do that

Hello my game always chrash out when I put the folder name (Pdpackk) in to the dlclist.xml.
If I delete the folder name frome dlclist.xml the game is starting permanently.
I don't know what Iam doing wrong.

What part of ELS doesn’t work? Does anything happen when you press J on the keyboard? Or does the siren turn on when you press E?

are you shure to coppy the entire update folder, with more that 50GB into mods?
If you want to have a better chance at keeping your game files if one of them gets corrupt then yes. It is recommended too.
it only shows the most recent dlc vehicles from gta online mercenary dlc in my added vehicles list on simple trainer?
Whenever I try dragging and dropping the folder with the DLC car mod I'm getting I can't drop it into OpenIV and I'm clicking the edit mode button and it still doesn't let me drop the DLC car mod into OpenIV. Do you know how to fix it?
I would reinstall OpenIV and see if that fixes the issue.
Make sure your using winRar to put it in. For some reason file explorer won’t put it in there…
what if my add on car doesnt have a "dlc.rpf" file, it just has 2 yts+1 ytd
I did every step, but now my game starts crashing saying it has ran out of game memory, even after deleting the stuff I added it keeps crashing. Before adding the cars and stuff I didn't have any problems

Have you added the two scripts in the description? Packfile Limit Adjuster 1.1 and Gameconfig.xml (Make sure it's the latest version)

Just remove the line in the dlclist.xml, remove the add on folder that you dragged and dropped and also the ELS file. That’s all it takes to remove it.
@@SimulatorLiam it says I can’t because it’s being used in a another file folder or application i don’t really remember
If you restart your pc and try again, it should work. Make sure not to have any other application open then OpenIV.
Why does the els only work on the crown Victoria for me
When I download a car for lspdfr it downloads as a file in notepad. Where do your downloads go to and why is yours appear as a file
Strange. You might need to install a file called WinRAR to open the files. Best thing to do is to go to where your downloads are then right click on the car file and see if you can open with WinRAR. That should would. If not, join my discord where we can communicate better. Hope this helps.
i avoid doing dlc cause every time i do it ,when i start my game it crashes ugh i hate it

Install 'Packfile Limit Adjuster' from gta5 mods website. Should fix the issue.

Actually it happened when I played GTA with LSPDFR mod and I added an add-on car so they was already in selection :D I mean when you go on duty and select a car so there was default and add ons

Didn't add any of the pack cars
I did everything that I seen in this video with a different vehicle pack. When I went to load into Rage Plugin Hook (LSPDFR) it crashed. Please help.
Change mods name to _mods in the gta folder

@@FRANEAH changing it to _mods will make it that mods won't work cause there is no mods folder because it was renamed to _mods

You will need to change the spawn name to police,police2,police3… in the files.
@@SimulatorLiam what ? In OPENIV ? Cuz I download SASP which adds loads of add on trooper cars in game but each car is called 'state' so 'state1' 'state2' etc
Yea. So you will need to change the names of the vehicle like police, police2, police3… but you will need to change them in the meta’s as well. Otherwise it wont work. If you need more help then, message me on my discord. Much easier to communicate. Have an awesome day!

you can also go in to the agency.xml, duty_selection.xml and manually add them after installing them. its not recommended to do it this way,

If it doesn't have an ELS file, it means that the vehicle isn't a ELS vehicle.

@@djeksana4360 Oh yeah so you need to add the ELS file so they work. The ELS xml file. So for example police.xml is missing. Hope that makes sense.

You will need to copy over the update folder and the x64 folder into your mods folder.
