Baby. JUKEBOX played that dam TUCKER, and sounded so good!! Lawad have mercy for the BLUES. Just take my as back to the ballroom lol!! Mr. TAYLOR you a real one for that joint. Now my SU DOLLS. Look at those new uniform looking good on yall!! And the field show was phenomenal ladies.
OUTSTANDING! I made sure that all of my Pershing Rifles Brothers and Sisters who may not have been able to make it to the Yard this year didn't miss the HALFTIME EXTRAVAGANZA!

Goddamn!!! This halftime show is perfect at its finest. That Where Have You Been is 🔥 with those runs. No gimmicks, mishaps and no mistakes were heard. The execution in that dance routine, 🥵. And woodwinds, killed it in Work It Out by Tucker. Tubas and woodwinds are improved this season. JSU can’t match this power and dynamics and marching style. Jukes gonna takeover and turn this into a Jukebox Classic. 🔥💛💙💛💙💛🔥 Louisiana, we taking over Jackson next week!!!!!!
They played the song for the Doll feature so fast I thought I had sped it for a minute…went it come to the Dolls and and halftime routine they gonna set it ablaze 🔥

Mr. Dowell Taylor(DT)is a gem. My son was under his leadership at Jackson State and my daughter under the leadership of Mr. Jackson at Southern. They were the real deal! They were focused on bringing showmanship, honor and respect back to HBCU'S. Mr. Kedrick Taylor mimics their behavior. He loves the students and he loves what he does. 💙💛/💙🤍

If y'all REALLY really wanna set it off and get paid too....ask LSU to let y'all play for the Alabama game only for the introduction ceremonies. Play the we on fire and turn it into LSU's touchdown song as they running out the tunnel. And then play neck. We need to start doing more collabs with them to keep southern name in the picture in baton rouge, plus, it's another piece of history to add for baton rouge. Bc it's literally gonna be all of baton rouge vs Alabama in that stadium. A joint effort will make the whole state stand up and get loud

I always enjoy MY BAND(OG, 1965-67) we ARE the Best Band in the Land! The precision drills are fantastic, WITH A LOUD DISTINGUISHING SOUND unlike most bands whose sound drops off as they March. The concert formations are also the best as they accompany the FDDs. My only complaint is the block band being utilized as “minstrel dancing”! We used the block band( first ones to use it back in 1965) to GROUP BAND DANCE AND PLAY not section off and put instruments down and dance!!! Ludwig Freeman brought the concept from the Michigan Band. We also formed animated figures moving them as we marched and played!!! The end of performances has gotten to predictable. TELL THAT PA ANNOUNCER TO SHUT UP AND LET THE MUSIC TELL THE STORY!!
@@fierce5304 I do know Kendrick and have spoken to him on campus when he was an assistant Director. I definitely supported his promotion to Director of Bands, he and his staff are phenomenal! I will take your suggestions and contact him. I’m sure he’s open to anything that will improve the band’s performance.
Shot out to the Drum Major man. New Iberia yeaaaaa. We from the same way. No band can't out drill SU. You can probably beat them in the 5th but you never gone out drill them.

Great job SU and I Love the Dolls I’ve saw them do better dance routines, but I love them so much 🥰Only thing I couldn’t deal with was that commentating for the dance break down so terrible respectfully 😅

I'm going to say this first....why the F**** did they play against a PWI just to get slaughtered at their own homecoming come on!!!!! ok back to the band....the sound was really good, the formation was recycled from years past but, it's one of their good one's. The DD, superb and stellar performance once again, their dance routine is classy and elegant. Great job

Not this one. The Dolls looked great but they watered this routine down way too much. Energy wasn’t there either
From what I gather it wasn’t an original it was from 2012. That’s why it may have seem a little bit different
