The inexperienced sniper trying out the huntsman because of his lack of aim, standing out in the open and not picking his targets wisely. The AFK medic who inexplicably left early on for some reason making the early waves hell, then comes back to show he has no sense of positioning. The Scout who watches and judges everyone and leaves early because he can see where this is going. The Spy that gets one backstab and has no escape plan, so he dies almost instantly after patting himself on the back for an inconsequential kill. And given that he has the Diamondback, he expects to rack up chain stabs and unload infinite crits. The Heavy standing out in the open doing a generally decent job but doesn’t pay attention to his surroundings, leading to him getting flanked and the out of position Medic getting unalived, also leading to his death due to not seeing the danger quickly enough. The well intentioned but naive pyro who tries to do a good job protecting his buddy but didn’t look where he was airblasting, which killed the heavy. And later corner peeking a giant after losing his flamethrower ammo hoping to ambush it down only to get steamrolled. The engineer with the occasional good idea but freezes up when the sentry buster corners him.
