Why is My Washing Machine Control Panel Unresponsive? | Electrolux - APAC

Are you trying to select a washing programme but the control panel is unresponsive? Child lock may be activated. Here's what you can do:
1. Press and hold two buttons between the key symbol for 3-5 seconds
2. Wait for the light to disappear.
3. Select the programme you'd want to run
4. If still unresolved, note the model and serial number.
5. Call Consumer contact centre immediately.

mine is not child locked, all other buttons works normally except for the start button.. it works randomly, usually i just hold it and pray until it starts out of the blue, how do i fix this?

Same problem with mine. I called Electrolux care but unfortunately the control panel of my washing machine is phase out. So sad dont know what to do now.
