The Boss was way more bloodthirsty than Gat (see: SR1+2) but that's gonna happen when you get older. You gotta mellow out eventually.

I actually used to think that Johnny *was* the leader of the Saints. For pretty much the same reasons Kinzie mentioned.
He basically was co-leader who was not given a formal title.

because you have a list of murders so long that it is utterly baffling, you give female serial killers the chills whenever they kill someone! (hell you probably make them hot and bothered too) you make female mass murderers just die outright, all the male serial killers and mass murderers (I.E. charles manson, columbine shooters, etc.) complete shuddering FEAR except SWEET TOOTH (he is a serial killer that has taken so many lives he can't feel anymore!)

Pepsia Gaming They sure would seem like it since the ending in Saints Row 3 where Cyrus Temple fires on the city of Steelport with that airship that you have to fight Cyrus on. Saints Row 4 had no continuity at all. Saints Row 4 would make more sense if the plot would've involved the Boss taking over as the top Mob leader in Steelport and going up against this enigmatic antagonist who unites all of the old gang's (Ronin, Vice Kings, Rollerz, Los Carnales, Morningstar, Deckers and Luchadores) under their rule. I think that would've made a far more badass game than SR4 was imo. I really feel like this alien shit was just a seriously bad, god awful, horribly timed and extremely misplaced joke. Volition should have just expanded on what they already had from Saints Row 1, 2 & 3. Bring back some of the older activities, like being able to take over strongholds after you've killed all the lieutenants, vehicle racing and the Septic Avenger activity from Saints Row 2. Man I miss being able to shit on people! That was (mind the pun) the shit. XD
GNTRY Zinyak probably cloned Johnny Gat and killed the Clone and put that body on the plane after he abducted the real Johnny Gat. People recovered the body for Johnny's funeral thinking it was the real Johnny. Everyone that said they had concrete proof of Johnny Gat's death only had the Clone body.

@@DKGH124 Keith David, Gat, Kinzie, Tanya, and some other homie conversations with Phillipe Loren are pretty good. It kinda sucks he didn't have a conversation with Roddy Piper though. Hell, Viola was going to be in game, she doesn't have homie conversations, but she has gameplay dialogue like idle "Can't believe Tanya ran a better sex club than Kiki and I" and "Ugh, why couldn't Zinyak bring back Kiki, too?", gameplay ones like those addressing aliens, playas driving, and killing as well as friendly fire at her. (She might say "Don't worry, you killed it" even if its not a runned over person but a wall, she doesn't complain about wasting her time like she did in SR3, and she doesn't say anything about borrowed car or something, she says she doesn't have time for playa's games when being shot by him).
Mayor Reynolds was also apparently was going to be in SR4, but he's very broken and simply crashes the game if he's modded in.

You get Julius from a security deletion around the North-east side of Yearwood on Carver Island (South-east most island on map), and I'm pretty sure Jyunichi was just added via mod.
