Coach a little guidance please. In Stage 3 (extension of the wrist) . Am I compromising power, accuracy or consistency by lagging the head of my racket BEHIND my wrist by inverting the racket? I find it amps power very significantly just not sure about accuracy and consistency. So much power that the opponent's baseline becomes an obstacle only mitigated by heavy topspin. This has to be a low shot by my opponent but it is great entertainment seeing the look on my opponent's face 🤗
Hi. Great question. By stage 3. The racket will drop behind the hand. The slight ISR is what creates this, and the extension should just happen. Does that make sense?
