+Lauren Prosser i'm american I pronounce taupe like tope but I pronounce mauve like it looks. A lot of pronunciation has to do with where you're from but not all of it. Just like it seems like a good few of England people have a lot lighter accent than others, same with america southern accents. Some people sound like they live on a farm while others you wouldn't be able to tell they were southern unless they tell you.

The MAC Studio Waterweight SPF30 foundation is the exact same formula (Wayne Goss has a video about it) and it's quite a bit cheaper. It's really nice, but a tinted cream is also a great option for a first step towards foundation. You can still use concealer with both.
In love with Lauren and her channel but I feel like she doesn't wanna do it anymore. All of her looks lately are daytime looks or just a basic smoky with black. Honestly I would rather her quitting TH-cam than forcing herself to film every week and put up a medium quality video just because she feels like she has to Don't hate me hahha

The standard pronunciation is "tope", I'm afraid! I've heard people say "torp"but it is correctly "tope" :) I don't blame you for getting confused though! I teach languages and some "au" words are pronounced "or" - such as auto - and others are pronounced "oh" - as in "faux". Taupe is the second "oh" group X

YAS that highlight looks amazing. In Sweden the weather is very autumnal, but I'm still rocking that glow. I do think that luminous skin is really beautiful paired with a darker lip and you nailed it girl.

It's so strange. All day I was waiting for someone to upload a tutorial. Then all of a sudden, when I'm most busy, everyone uploads these beautiful tutorials that I want to watch so bad!!! I disagree with the haters! Okay, it's not such a complex look, but you're videos are so well done and you are very sweet so I love to watch. I don't know about you girls but I can't wear a full foundation, smokey eye, contour and sculpted brows everyday! This was refreshing and wearable and keep coming back with more beautiful and affordable looks like this! Mwa

YAS that highlight looks amazing. In Sweden the weather is very autumnal, but I'm still rocking that glow. I do think that luminous skin is really beautiful paired with a darker lip and you nailed it girl.
