Could you guys cover treatment of envenomations from bugs and snakes in a prolonged setting? All I really remember being taught in AIT is to get them to a hospital as soon as possible where they can get more definitive treatment and I think maybe RICE to manage inflammation, but I'm curious what you could do in a more austere environment. There is probably very little you could do, but I'm curious. I know for crush syndrome you aggressively fluid resuscitate so the heart and kidneys can better handle the released myoglobin and potassium. Maybe that could be an option to sort of dilute and lessen some of the effects? Otherwise I'm honestly kind of clueless what I could do to treat something like a snakebite without a hospital readily available
