Now is definitely the time. I think a couple have burned down this year, and last year we lost Nahatlatch, so if you don't see them now you might never be able to. This one is sweet because it was only a couple of minutes of the highway, super easy to get to
Thank you! No spoilers, but the bugs were definitely there to stay😂. I highly recommend doing Bowron, It's awesome, and almost anyone can do it if they want.
I sure hope it doesn't take Jasper as long as this to rebuild! I also hope that guy got her home safely.. jeeeeeeezus, not a matching panel on the entire thing, must be albertan :D
I agree. I tend to think Jasper should happen faster because it has a lot more going on than Lytton. Lytton was pretty much a drive through town to start(no offense), but also potentially has to deal with more parks canada red tape, so who knows🤷♂️
I had a first date like that... We attempted to get to a lookout and his transmission blew... I didn't classify it as a red flag... It was actually a green flag... For I got to see how he reacts to stressful situations... We also found out how well we work together as a team... He's still very much a part of my life to this day...
You can't let the truth get in the way of a good joke. Honestly I do feel kind of the same way, and I'm probably a lot closer to this guy that I want to believe😂. I too have diven some vehicles that were definitely works of progress into situations that I probably shouldn't have. It shows he's resourceful and knows how a vehicle works. He did get it going and I assume they made it home. There's a lot of people that would of been hopeless in a situation like that, all they could do is panic and stress out. His truck was pretty rough though, I wouldn't trust it lol.
Yes, it's the begbie lookout. I didn't want to say it because some people get butt hurt when you post stuff online. It's right off the highway, Google maps takes you right to it. That's how I found it lol
I'm from Vancouver and I have done the Bowron 4 times now. Love it up there. The last time I went in October. Shorter days and a little cooler, but I didn't see a single person on the circuit. Also no bugs. 🛶
I've done it before in mid September and there was no bugs. I definitely think that's the move. The bugs were definitely out in force on the trip, although I have seen worse bugs.
Daughter liked the cereal scene...lol Her cereal cupboard looks like Seinfelds...lol
I was never a big cereal guy, but I've slowly gotten more into it.
.Massive landslide, Stay clear of the Chilcotin River and the Fraser River. Stay Safe out there Sarge.
I am aware. I've been following the news as I pop in and out of service. Pretty wild, I'm curious as to what happens and when.
Great video Sarge beautiful place and quite an adventure begins.Great photography!
Thank you!
SWEET! Best canoe circuit around. Looking forward to re-visiting that trip in the comfort of my reading room. Cheers!
Bowron Videos will be in 2 parts coming out over the next 2 weeks. They are long😂
ahhh 100 Mile House, you were in one of my favourite areas of BC!
It was nicer than I expected, I think I need to go back and spend more time out there
I just visited my first fire lookout a couple days ago, can’t wait to film some more

Cool video, fun time up by that look out, what a view, red flags for sure lol, how many miles have you put on your van?
I think I have put on like 20,000 kilometers on it since I bought it, but I'm heading out the door right now on a long trip to add some more!

Trout lake City ( mining history ) abve kootenay lake
On your bucket list
Someone else suggested I canoe trout lake and see the old hotel, and it definitely might happen his summer. Thank you!
I will guess that the look out tower was Mt Begbie?
