Hey man. Awesome vid and I just wanted to give a friendly observation since you got frustrated with not getting the kills despite racking up good amounts of damage. Your combo work is really good and on the platform you're outplaying your opponents, but I'm observing that you like to stay in the middle of the platform most of the time and don't really go after people when they're recovering. You usually either wait for them to come back or you try to hit them with a move while standing on the edge. I think you've mastered racking up damage, but if you improve your kill confirms and get more comfortable trying to side air or down air people further off-stage you could be getting those kills way earlier and won't have to send them flying all the way from the middle of the screen before they finally die. Still, really really nice gameplay. As a fan of the Matrix and Smith main it brings me joy to see people play him this well. GL HF and let me know if you have any thoughts or comments on my observation!
Im main smith and I feel like agent's gameplay leads you to stay in the platform. It feels like he does not have kill power over the edge, but he already has. Gotta get used to it... I think
@@adrianvaldi5978 Interesting. I personally haven't felt that Smith is so weak off stage that you shouldn't go off the platform at all. At least, not like Little Mac in Smash whose aerial attacks barely do anything at all. I get that there are characters in this game with crazy up airs who will hit you, but as far as I know it's a common and neccesary thing for any character in platform fighters to chase people off stage and try to down air them or hit one side air while they're close to the blast zone and have to use their moves to get back to the stage. So far I haven't really felt any issues yet getting off stage kills with Smiths down air and side air or making good use of his gun specials.
This game sucks ass, it specially sucks how some characters have to work so FUCKING HARD to get a damn kill while other characters can just do JAB>JAB>UP SPECIAL and kill so early.
I use 5%, Snowball, Last Stand, Pugilist. I recently fought OogtheLegend (the #1 Smith) and he used the same set. I also see the Hand Cannon signature perk on some high level Smith's.
@@AydenGibaI think his hit boxes need to be bigger. It’s so hard to land a lot of his attacks. Just feels unfair when half the cast has attacks that will hit everything within 5 feet of their character.
I dunno if i play different by not watching other people play but i kill very early off stage and with the agent up attack full charge I learn the character my way and really Challenge people as their recover
Love seeing a fellow smith 🕶
I'm thankful for Smith's new combo routes
jab upsmash > double jump > dash up > upair should kill around 70-80% against PPG

Nice buff to the ground down attack angle
U r droping the down ground bounce combo too early if u dodge jab u will get the follow up man or u can down air for the tech read too ❤

Bro what are you!?!?!?! 😨
I have no idea😭
What’s the best perks for smith?

@@Evello37 good looks! It’s too bad he doesn’t have that many good signature perks
Bro needs some serious buffing 🙏
Like honestly
@@ghostX5Personally the only thing I would buff would be his dash attack and maybe buff his damage slightly

To kill a character agent smit has to do on average 400-500 damage in total, its total BS i hate it.
We can never win🤦🏽♂️

I haven’t had that issue I practice kill combos at 90 damage
@@jonathanchavez8881what is your ranking?
@@ReckshowingoffI bet you anything If we watch you play you would have that issue we as agent smiths have to work so freaking hard in this game.
