I remember I watched this goofy movie on New Years Day. I wanted to watch an Anthony Perkins movie (Because A. He's a good actor and B. I had a little bit of a crush on him), and I was sliding in between watching 'Goodbye Again' or 'The Actress' but I settled on this one, and as well as Tony, I love Brigitte Bardot. I watched it after coming back from a gorgeous day in Whitby, going for a wintry walk on the beach, and having a nice hot lunch of fish and chips. Being the holidays, I was additionally watching Annabelle's Wish that evening before I watched this (Random I know). When I saw this movie, yes I thought it was ok, I kind of had a premonition it wouldn't be great but I loved seeing the very handsome Anthony Perkins (Looking very tres chic with that floppy fringe) and the very beautiful Brigitte Bardot, trotting around London. There is some gorgeous footage of 60s London in this movie and I actually really love the scene of Tony and Brigitte chasing each other around Hyde Park. Also, to be fair this movie got me to attempt all those Brigitte Bardot makeup looks again that I love doing. Definitely a silly and goofy movie but I love the style of it and it's charming in it's goofiness.
