>fasting for our body/ salt >>prayer for our soul/ psyche >celibacy for our spirit/ mercury I fast 3 days consecutively a month, practice semen retention, and pray daily. With that our jing/ /spirit/ prana/ vril will raise up. I think an actually healthy diet, exercise, and noticing/ appreciating that magic and the creator is in everything including us is part of it too. Jung's archetypes explain the old pantheons as aspects we create in our mind to invoke upon by thinking about them-- it seems to me that these archetypes do exist without our minds too... but I think we are within that mind too. When I get bad thoughts, I mindfully think: I banish that thought. Then it goes away usually.
It's that "mind" part that really captures me. Not just the wordbyt all that it implies. From the creator to ourselves. I dont claim I will ever understand all the complexities that exist but I do seek to open myself to what comes to me in time. I appreciate your comment friend. I've never really tried fasting in that sense before. Usually I just eat once a day if I can at the best. But you give me something to chew on now ;)
It's as if all deities are reflections of aspects of nature and represent the things that we all face in our life.
Yeah personified by our intent and given life through our ritual. We envoke them to help us regain our ascension of self perhaps
It all makes sense to me. I've been coming to the same understandings.
Weve always been linked. Even when theres a distance between us. That my friend is a true bond.
