Just finished week 1 of 75 soft after seeing your videos, and am feeling good. Your OH really makes me laugh, I know exactly what he meant with the gym smell 🤢, I actually walked out the gym the other day the smell was so bad, felt like I had my head in someone’s armpit gross. Your doing great and look so happy 😁
You inspired me to get fish sticks (as we call them in the US)! I’m the same way about one thing coming up and knocking me off my whole routine and progress. I’m figuring out how to account for those things so I can keep going. For instance I have some travel coming up. One of my goals for 75 Soft is remaining consistent long term afterwards, not by being perfect but by returning to habits right after getting knocked off.

Making sure you're happy and putting your happiness first is never selfish but somehow we are programmed to think it is. Making yourself a priority, even your first priority, is healthy...it's a good thing. My daughter is 15 and has always been a people pleaser. This year she's put herself first, it wasn't easy and she hates saying no to others, but in the process she has lost several friends which does sadden her at times but she also says that since she stopped living for others and instead living for herself, for her own goals and happiness she feels better within herself. She has more motivation and confidence and as she's moved toward in different parts of her life she is meeting new people - people who support her and the fiery, independent young woman she is becoming.

Jess you’ve probably tried this but I use a 4head stick for my headaches n migraines,if I can catch before it gets bad the stick helps. Sorry if I’m teaching u to suck eggs 🥚!!!!! Really enjoying watching you. I’m disabled n can’t do the exercise that you do but have implemented certain things like reading n self care n going to my local leasure centre that has a swimming class for disabled people so THANKYOU Jess ❤
Hi jess another great vlog, you can really see your shape is changing with all the workouts and the healthier food choices. 😊 I dont know if your aldis has brought in a new flavour for you in the protein puddings but mine has and its really nice its a coffee flavour one havent heard you mention this flavour so im guessing its new ...will you being doing a batch cook vlog soon ??
