@@Maryerealtor except once the community is finished the HOA dues will likely double and then in 10 years it'll be hundreds more than it is now. not that many amenities for the price starting at 250/mo

@@Maryerealtor I see what your saying but once the community is full then there will be more maintenance due to more traffic etc. you see it all the time with HOA dues and nothing you can do about it. Most HOAs with this amount of amenities is around 100$ from what I've seen
