How does a man that makes beats like "going back to Cali and I love the dough" not get more recognition¿ I mean i listened those two songs alot. Its a shame
no wonder those 2 joints "Going back to cali" and "I love the dough" didn't have that SIGNATURE Mo Bee feel, cuz he's right, when he mixes his own production, it has that SOUND that's hard to explain, just listen to "Temptations", "It's a party" by Busta, "Life Styles of the rich and shameless" by Lost Boyz
Love your interviews man. Found you here, but listening to the full lengths on Spotify. Thanks so much for your work. Only listened to the Hi-Tek and just starting on the Mo Bee. So dope. Your channel is a treasure chest, and I'm gonna get all the loot, 1 interview at a time. Thanks and praises.
I guess Puffy listened to what Easy Mo Bee said about those credits because he's solely credited for producing I Love The Dough and Going Back To Cali even tho he didn't technically "produce" the songs. If he mixed his own songs on Ready To Die then he sure didn't get proper credit for it. The credits say Greg Pinto, Bassy Bob Brockman, Rich Travali, Mario Rodriquez, and Bill Esses recorded and mixed Mo Bee's tracks.

Both his beats on Bigs album are timeless. Mo B a fuckin legend. Respect from the Bay Area California
Rene' and Angela samples always hit.
☝️yep
Appreciate Mo Bee for his integrity. There has to be artists out there who want his sound. Mo Bee, we need your music. Will pay.
I’ve been watching this video all week. Mo B is a legend. Never realized all the beats he did.
Thanks for watching 🙏

Producers make everything happen and get treated the worst

Man, I would've been pissed if I didn't mix my own track. The mixes came out clean though.
Especially that going back to Cali beat
Intense!
Always liked the original version so the rap version was/is an automatic spin 👍
I wonder if he gave the rejected Life After Death beats to other artists.
Good question
IMAGINE that hard shit he made for that album
This means that Puff made Biggie to rewrite or scrapped many lyrics, if he turned something like 80 beats cause they weren't sounding radio friendly.
Would love to be produced by Mo Bee and Pete Rock for a LP together I got some shit for em
Outside some of the rapping, I love the dough was mid
