Hare Krishna prabhu. I have this doubt:
when you mentioned that small kid is not given punishment because his intelligence is not developed. Is this a karma principle, or, an example to explain that animals do not incur new karma in their activities due to lower intelligence?
Doubt came when you gave small kid putting finger in fire example. Their child is not spared.
Please clarify prabhu.
