And I'm sorry but H-Connect is not an IT company as I know. H-One is the IT arm of them. And H One is a good place to chill out. But there's nothing much to learn for a newbie. Now it's a dialog company so I don't know whether they have adopt new technologies now.

Don't be deceived by these ratings. There are many better IT companies in Sri Lanka with excellent values and great working cultures. Some of them are Pearson Lanka, Sysco Labs, Cake Engineering, Wiley Global Technology, WSO2, CodeGen, IFS, MIT, Virtusa and LSEG. You should know better when your channel name is 'Wishwa Danuma'. XD

Best ones are not even in the list. Ive also worked in one of the companies in this list. And it was a really good company. Unfortunately great place to work is just another survey. It doesn’t mean they are the best.
