Love that little pocketbook. It would be really neat if it had a crossbody strap. I do the same thing but I use a little purse with a crossbody strap. I don’t like carrying any thing on my wrist. My son in law is a drummer too for his church.. tfs
I daily use a small cross over purse for everything I need. I often go to a coffee shop to journal so I have a tote bag or larger "purse" with all my notebooks, pens, and crafty needs. I can leave the tote in the car when I shop. I love how you figured out an easy way to pare down. I also love the magnifying glass! I need that! :)

I have a sweet, feminine backpack where my sunglasses, tech bag, makeup, hairbrush, meds, etc., etc. live but I also have a small crossbody (that matches it) that I use for money, credit cards, etc. We travel a lot so I need my items in the little backpack but I can just pull out the little crossbody - grab and go!

My Mother-in-law does the 2-n-1, I'm debating whether to do that or scale back what is in my purse and use a small to medium size purse. Less is more to me these days, but I do like both.

I have a larger purse that I use every day to work and church. The design makes it easier to quickly get things out of my purse. My mother-in-law bought me a Kate Spade wallet for Christmas last year. I love it, but it doesn't hold cash & coin very well. So I bought a Kate Spade Wristlet ($20 at an outlet.....Yay!!!) It holds cash and coin together. When I run into the Dollar General or other quick trips, I will put my debit card in there and run into the store with just that. I also keep my debit card receipts in my wristlet so I can write them down in my check register later. When I go shopping for the day, I have to use a smaller "more comfortable" purse. I have one that has a single, thick handle that is so comfortable to wear on my shoulder. I use a crossover purse when I go to Walmart. I need to look for a magnifying glass for my purse! Sometimes I forget to bring my reading glasses with me. This would be great to have on hand! Thank you for sharing! Blessings to you and your family!

The Kate Spade bag is gorgeous it's an honor to carry such a beautiful purse . Now your purse looks chunky because of your wristlet It's taking to much space in my opinion just mine the wristlet is taking the beauty of the bag huge mistake please no offense. You look like a lovely lady .
