@@WycTimmons I may be moving there very soon depending on how things go with an employment opportunity in that neck of the woods. I am in South Florida. I cannot afford it anymore. It is to pricy. Cost of living there seems to be low.
@@DominickSpano I have heard that is the case from a couple of people actually. Yes, Greenwoods average home price is $240,000 making it roughly 29% lower than the national average. Cost of living as a whole is about 27% lower than the national average also. If you end up heading this way, just let me know. I'd love to help!
