You need an item from Count Ymir. You get it automatically by talking to him

@@alanklm Reload the cathedral area. Count Ymir should be gone. Interact with his chair and a ladder will reveal itself.
@@fili0938 that's all i did. But the boss wouldn't appear until I've found the secret top-right area.
