I am 30 and have been dancing for a year now. Your tips and tricks have really helped me in my classes. I currently take Jazz and Tap. As a child my parents couldn't afford classes so I never got the opportunity to see my talent. My little girl is 7 now and has been dancing 3 years. The studio we moved her to offered adult classes and I took my shy self up and signed up. Best decision of my life. Love your channel! Thank you so much!

i bet you would have been one of the greatest dancers right now. I am in the same position but im 17.. im really trying to make the most of what i have because i want to be one of the greatest dancers in the world
@@lildigitalart1266 I was in physical therapy up until covid closed things down. My knees haven't been in pain in a while. I'm doing better :) Edit: i had a typo
this warm up is so halpful. ive been really sore but doing this when i wake up and before i go to bed has been helping my sore shoulders and back, and getting a bit more flexible. thank you
I'm a kid that gets hurt easily like soo much and this helped me to get stronger cuz my family always says to me to do a sport or exercise and now I'm a great dancer thanks to you. Thank you Ms. Auti! You have inspired me. :)

I was a dancer but the girls there were super rude and I didn’t like it so I left for months. Now I wanna dance again and my tricks are super rusty. And it was only a few months. But I’m young so I’ll probably just bounce back with hard work
Don’t listen to them if dance is your passion and its what you love doing go for it even if you decide on not to go back to the same studio go to a different one or become a dancer on social media “ whatever you wanna do❤️”. thats what makes you a dancer hard work practice and love for it

Hey, this was an awesome warm up! I danced when I was in elementary school and this reminded me exactly of those warm-ups which felt so good. I need to get back into a routine of stretching like this every day. Thank you for this video :-)

Try to gradually increase how far you stretch your left leg each time, and remember to keep stretching your right leg. You don't want to neglect your right or you'll lose it.

i love your channel, but fyi static stretches are bad to do before dancing (or any activity). just warming up the joints and getting blood flowing to the muscles is the goal. static stretching before exercise is how muscles are pulled

I'm a dancer whose been recovering from a double knee injury and this is something that I can do to warm up that doesn't hurt. Thanks.
