I'm pretty sure someone will end up sleeping while watching this!_ Anyway, BBC Two, along with its sister channel BBC One has a lot of fantastic and memorable television idents, with some being considered some of the greatest TV idents from not only the UK, but in the world - and this is the case for the iconic 1991-2001 idents (14:01), which are the best idents from any of not only the BBC channels but British TV networks as well; it helps that they were created by none other than Lambie-Nairn, who also created the Channel Four logo design which had been in use since 1982. They have really creative and very well done techniques and special effects, such as in the "Paint" ident, where they rotated the camera 90° to the left, so it looks like the paint is falling sideways! It's also no wonder why the BBC had to bring back the idents to celebrate the channel's 50th anniversary; it's even better that they are _in glorious high definition,_ and with additional bonuses of really interesting, cool variations, such as the rainbow CBBC "Saturday Mashup" variation of the "Paint" ident (1:01:45) as well as the St. Patrick's Day variation (1:02:24), the colourful variation of the "Neon" ident (1:02:43) and the "Sunday" variation of the "Dog" ident (1:04:34). Other great idents aside from the 1990s idents would be the 1967 colour ident (1:27), the 1974 ident made with mechanical models (4:27), the 1979 computer-generated ident (7:08), the 2001-2007 "Personality" idents (1:14:37), the 2007-2014 "Window on the World" idents and the 2018 "Curve 2" idents (1:34:42).
